What are your standard shipping times and methods?

We offer White Glove Delivery for all large furniture pieces, typically taking 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Smaller accessories usually ship via standard ground within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, ItalMod Furniture ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. For shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact our concierge team.

What is your return policy for furniture items?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'Made to Order' Italian collections are non-refundable once production has begun.

Do my furniture pieces come with a warranty?

Yes, all ItalMod products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium leather and hardwood collections feature extended 5-year warranties.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
