Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully disassemble and repackage the item in its original shipping materials to ensure it is protected from damage during the return transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a carrier to collect the item or use the provided shipping label; please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
